Aims

The aims of TOC are to, in accordance with the Constitution and the Law of Republic of Serbia, contribute to:

• Distribution of information among young people;
• Education of young people;
• Affirmation of young people and their organizations
• Participation of young people and their organizations in decision making processes;Better and more rapid employment of young people;
• Protect and revere the rights of children and young people;
• Affirmation of cultural and artistic values among young people;
• Improvement of preventive health and psycho-social protection of young people, especially against addictions;
• Improvement reproductive health of young people;
• Improvement and development of various means of prevention of the AIDS epidemic;
• Improvement of the vulnerable and marginalized groups in the society;
• Development of Youth work;
• Process of integration of young people with cultural and artistic values;
• Increase of awareness of importance of natural environment and its preservation among young people;
• Increase in the level of knowledge and skills of young people in the field of IT;
• Strengthening of local economic growth through creative industries;
• Protection of children and young people from violence on the Internet;
• Promotion and popularization of sports and recreational activities among young people;
• Nurturing and preservation of finest traditions and values of the citizens of Republic of Serbia,
• Development of other values of interest for young people,
• Development of decentralization process as a basis for further political and economic development of Serbia,
• Affirmation of institutes of the civic society.
